- The reason for your return
- Video and images of the item(s) and packaging in their brand new, original condition

3) Our review process: Our dedicated team will review your request within 14 business days and communicate our decision to you.

4) Return your purchase: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return or replace the item(s).

5) Inspect and approve: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will carefully inspect them to ensure they are in their original packaging and in pristine condition.

6) Finalize the return: After the quality inspection, we will approve or reject your return based on the condition of the item(s) and whether all the original items are included.

Please note the following requirements for return shipments:

- Items must be in their original packaging and in pristine, original condition.
- Return shipments must be sent using DHL or UPS for secure and reliable delivery.
- We recommend retaining all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by MHH.
- Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping fees.

To ensure a smooth return process, please include the original sales receipt or order number with your return package. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package and mail it to the address provided in the instructions you receive.

Once we receive your return shipment, our Quality Inspection team will assess the condition of the jewelry.

Please be aware that your return request may be rejected if:

- The returned item(s) do not include all the items that were originally included.

When it comes to fully customized jewelry, we understand the significance of your approval. Once you have agreed to the CAD design, it becomes the blueprint for your unique piece. Please review and approve the CAD design before we proceed with production. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied before we bring your vision to life.

We kindly request that you carefully review and provide the correct word, name, initials, numbers, or phrases. We cannot be held responsible for any errors in personalization. Your attention to detail ensures that your custom jewelry accurately reflects your unique choices.

To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend measuring your wrists, fingers, or necks accurately before making a purchase. As custom-made items are tailored specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, edits, or cancellations based on incorrect measurements. Providing accurate chain sizes, bracelet sizes, or ring sizes will help us create a piece that fits you perfectly.

Prompt Production: No Cancellations or Edits

Once you submit your order, our team begins working on it promptly. As a result, we are unable to accept cancellations or edits for non-custom jewelry, custom jewelry, or fully customized jewelry. Our goal is to deliver your order efficiently and ensure your satisfaction with our craftsmanship.
